Shipping policy

Short version: shipping is free, it goes to any US address, and you get a tracking number.

Where we ship

Every US address — all 50 states, Washington D.C., US territories, and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We do not ship outside the US yet.

What it costs

  • Economy: free on every order. No minimum.
  • Express: $9.99 on orders under $100. $19.99 on orders of $100 or more.

When it ships

Orders leave California within 2 business days of your order, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. You get an email with the tracking number the moment it ships.

How long it takes after that

  • Economy: 2–10 business days.
  • Express: 2–5 business days.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses can take longer. APO, FPO and DPO addresses go by USPS.

We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on where you are.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change the address or cancel? Email help@thickgolf.com before your tracking email arrives. Once the box is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it from our end.

Damaged, lost or stuck

  • Arrived damaged? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement or refund you. You pay nothing to send anything back.
  • Tracking has not moved in 7 days, or it says delivered and the box is not there? Check with neighbors and your mailroom first, then email us. We chase the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.

Team, event and pro-shop orders

Ordering for a team, an event or a shop? Email help@thickgolf.com with the quantity and the date you need it, and we confirm stock and ship timing before you order.
