Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

  • Economy: free on every order. No minimum.
  • Express: $9.99 on orders under $100. $19.99 on orders of $100 or more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders leave California within 2 business days of your order, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. You get an email with the tracking number the moment it ships.

How long it takes after that:

  • Economy: 2–10 business days.
  • Express: 2–5 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses can take longer.

Where do you ship?

Every US address — all 50 states, Washington D.C., US territories, and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We do not ship outside the US yet.

We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on where you are.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Email help@thickgolf.com before your tracking email arrives. Once the box is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it from our end.

Returns and exchanges

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days. Send back unopened, unplayed balls — any box, pack or bundle — or unworn hats within 30 days of delivery, and we refund what you paid for them.

  • Email help@thickgolf.com with your order number first. We reply with where to send it.
  • You pay the return postage. Use a tracked service, so neither of us has to guess where the box is.
  • We refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Can I return balls I've opened or played?

No, unless they arrived damaged or were not what you ordered. Once a box or pack is open, we cannot sell those balls to the next person as new.

What if my order arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?

Email a photo to help@thickgolf.com within 30 days of delivery. We send the right item or refund you, and you pay nothing to send anything back.

Can I exchange a holiday gift?

Yes. Anything ordered between Nov 1 and Dec 31, 2026 can be exchanged until Jan 31, 2027 for the other ball or a different pack size, as long as it is unopened and unplayed.

  • Given it as a gift? Email us with the order number, or the name and email of whoever bought it.
  • If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference to the original payment method.
  • You pay to send the original back, same as a return. We ship the exchange to you free.

Which ball

What's the difference between Moon Shot and Moon Shot Pro?

  • Moon Shot: the one for most people. Three layers: a rubber core and a resin mantle. Urethane cover.
  • Moon Shot Pro: the one that spins. Four-layer construction holds ball speed across swing speeds. Urethane cover.

Every Thick ball has a full alignment stripe built in.

Can I try both balls before I pick one?

Yes. Try Both: 6 Moon Shot and 6 Moon Shot Pro, $48.99. Play a few holes with each, then pick your ball.

Can I use Thick balls in a tournament?

Straight answer: our balls aren't on the USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls. If your event requires a ball from that List, you can't use ours in it. Your event's rules or your committee will tell you whether it does.

The stripe

What is the stripe on a Thick ball?

A full-circumference stripe. Every Thick ball has a full alignment stripe built in. You can see your line before you swing and before you putt. There's nothing to draw.

How do I use the stripe to line up a putt?

Pick the line you want the ball to start on. Mark your ball, then put it back with the stripe pointed down that line and set your putter face square to the stripe. More in Does a line on a golf ball help putting?

Can I use the stripe off the tee?

Yes. Tee the ball with the stripe pointed down the line you want the ball to start on, set the club face square to it, then set your feet and shoulders parallel to it. Step by step: How to aim off the tee without an alignment stick.

Will the stripe straighten my shots?

No. The stripe shows your line. It doesn't change ball flight. If the ball starts on your line and then curves away, that's the swing, not your aim.

  • Moon Shot: $42.99 a dozen.

No. We don't print logos on the balls. Ordering for a team, an event or a shop? Email help@thickgolf.com with the quantity and the date you need it, and we confirm stock and ship timing before you order.
